The Staff are excellent. From the well spoken staff at reception, to the room service and wait staff in the restaurant. The reception staff spoke excellent English and they are just the nicest. Excellent breakfast buffet. So many options. The location was good. There was a small grocery store nearby and a bank to withdraw cash.

The hotel is well located. The rooms are spacious with nice bathrooms and the beds are comfortable. The reception team were always fast and helpful. The airport pickup and check-in experience was speedy which is appreciated when you are tired from travelling.

First time in khazakistan with the whole family. Because the Room we booked was very good but we needsd a bigger One for the 2 kids, we were upgraded by the manager. The reception staff helped a Lot with taxis and getting around town and the vleaning ladies we're very kind. Everything was superb.

Nice hotel in a great location. Very nice spa/swimming pool/gym facility. Rooms are a bit outdated but very clean /comfortable and generally quite large with plenty of space.

Kindly staff on reception changed room for another without any additional fee. Everything was perfect. Breakfast, location in centrum of Almaty, spa and swimming pool, comfortable rooms. Host girl in spa was kindly. Curly Sue Suzanne.

The rooms were very clean and the Bed was very comfortable. The spa and the gym were perfect. The Staff at the reception was super, The Lady who checked us in was professional, smiling, helpful, and gave us good guidance as tourists. The Housekeeping staff were very friendly, smiling and did a great job with cleaning of rooms.

Great location, huge, well-appointed room. Breakfast was varied and excellent quality, with espresso drink, meats, cheeses, breads, jams, fruits, vegetables, and a huge assortment of pastries. The hotel arranged airport transportation for a very reasonable rate, and allowed us to check in at 6 AM (and get breakfast) for a reasonable add-on.

Great location, breakfast was good, rooms were not retro as we expected however modern and ok for stay, lights were automated and took some time to understand how they work
